Here are the various payment methods available to you to pay your NorthernTel pager or cell phone bill.

Online

The quickest and easiest way to see and pay your mobile phone bill is to log in online. Using your credit card, you have the option to make a one-time payment or monthly pre-authorized payments. All you need to do is sign up here and follow the instructions on screen to get to “Make a payment.”

Through your financial institution

You can pay your bill through your financial institution, by phone, online, at an ATM, or in person.

If you do not do your banking in person, please pay special attention when you register your bills. You must select the "Bell Wireless Alliance account" to register your cell phone bill and the "NorthernTel Mobility account" to register your pager bill.

By direct debit

Call NorthernTel Customer Care at 1-800-360-8555 to request a subscription form for the pre-authorized payment program. With this program, the amount is automatically debited from your bank account every month, 18 days after the billing date on your cell phone bill.


By credit card

You can pay your bill by credit card by calling NorthernTel Customer Care at 1-800-360-8555.

This is a cost-free, simple and practical way of paying your phone bill every month. Your bill is always paid on time and the required amount is automatically withdrawn from the bank account you choose.
